Division One

Larkspur Rovers moved to the top of the league this week with a 4-0 victory at home over last week’s leaders Oxford City Women & Girls Development. They are on an incredible run since losing their first match of the season, winning all six since and racking up an impressive goal difference of +36. Shenice Dyer gave the home side a 1-0 lead at half time and scored three more after the break  through Savana Fearon, Polina Avramova and a second for Dyer to take a comfortable win

Ruislip Rangers kept on the heels of the two leaders with a 3-2 win away at Goring United. Rosie King and Emily Biddle scored in the first half for the hosts but goals from Krystal Follett, Erica Mitru and Amelia Hollis gave the visitors the three points to make it three wins on the trot for Rangers.

Barton United stayed in fourth following a close encounter away to Wallingford & Crowmarsh, the match ending in a 2-2 draw with Alice Bennion scoring both goals for the home side with Alexis Parsons and Francesca Reeves on target for United.

Ashridge Park joined Barton on 13 points with a 4-2 away win at North Leigh. Two goals apiece for Lauren Broadhurst and Ruby Owen enough to take the points and continue Ashridge’s unbeaten start to the season. Francesca Jenkins and Elizabeth Pope were on the scoresheet for the hosts.

Division Two

Caversham AFC stay top after a 1-0 home win over previously unbeaten Thame United with Katy McNicholas scoring the only goal of the game at Emmer Green.

Easington Sports returned from two weeks away from league action to hit seven away at East Oxford to move a point behind the leaders with games in hand. A hat-trick from Rochelle Buick and two goals from both Danielle Roberts and Louisa Tuzzio gave Sports a 7-4 win with Perri Termine and Hollie Tuckey among the East Oxford scorers.

Kingsclere moved into third with a 4-0 win at Didcot Town. A double from Tracey Beales in the 44th and in first half added time gave Kingsclere a 2-0 lead at the break before Beales completed her hat-trick in the 66th minute, with Amy Cowan wrapping up the scoring four minutes from time.

Wantage Town leapt a couple of places to fifth in a very tight division by winning 3-0 at home to Harwell & Hendred. Ellie Day scored twice with Hailey Paige scoring the other for Wantage.

A welcome return to form for S4K saw them move up a place in the table with a 3-0 victory over Denham United Reserves at Cantley Park. Eileen Dunbar, Carol Checkley and Kate Stewart were all on the scoresheet for S4K.

Division Three South

Windsor & Eton really do score for fun and they made it 42 goals in seven league matches this season with a 7-2 win over Harefield United to cruise to the top of Division Three South. Laura McGregor (3), Emma Donovan, Holly Gilder, Stevie Romney and Rachel Wallace were on target for the Royalists, Leigh Underwood and Tori Drew with the Harefield goals.

Last week’s leaders Berks County fell to a 2-1 defeat away to Brook House with the hosts’ goals coming from Joanne O’Gorman and Jess Brome-Mbaya. Freya Johnson scored County’s only goal of the game.

Taplow United maintained their 100% record making it five wins from five with an emphatic 8-0 win over Marlow Town with the goals coming from Alexandra Newman (4), Catherine Mitchell-Bunby (2), Emily Napier and Dani Busby.

A game of two halves at the Berkshire County Sports Club saw AFC Reading beat Wargrave 4-2. The home side storming into a 3-0 lead at half time, scoring three goals in 8 minutes through a double from Loren Alsford and Ida Manneh before Wargrave came back in the second with a lovely free kick by Alison Richardson and one from Millie Whitmee, sandwiching a goal possibly direct from an Erin Whiting corner or maybe an unfortunate own goal with Katie Cook getting the final touch. Sandhurst Wolves climbed up to fifth in the table with a 4-0 win over Wokingham Town at Lowther Road. Caitlin Ryan scored her sixth and seventh goals of 24/25 with Jess Murphy and Macy Linn grabbing the other two.

Division Three West

In a crazy division where the top six teams are separated by just two points, Headington jump to the top of the league on goal difference mainly thanks to an 18-0 away win at Kidlington Youth (scorers unavailable).

Rotherfield United were another team with their scoring boots on, Annalea Lane scoring four, with Hannah Palmer and Millie Blumire both scoring twice in an 8-2 win over Thatcham & Newbury Town Whites at Bishopswood Sports Ground. Grace Martin and Lisa Youd replying for the visitors.

Burghfield moved into third with a 2-1 win in a close game against Wallingford & Crowmarsh to move within a point of Headington with games in hand. Ava Sims and Stephanie Nelson scoring for the hosts with Becky Simons on target for the visitors.

Barton United Development and Thatcham & Newbury Town Blues played out an entertaining 3-3 draw with Lily Wilder with two and Tayla Jones hitting the net for the home side, with Hannah Bousfield, Lakeisha Driscoll and Katie Mullis replying for the Blues.

Developmental Division

Burghfield Reserves maintained their perfect start to the season with a 5-0 away victory against Goring United Reserves for a sixth win in six games. Two goals scored by Sophie Beake with Amy Stooksbury, Gemma Hargood and Abigail Elliott grabbing the others.

Wraysbury Village continued their pursuit of the leaders with a 4-0 win at home to Rotherfield United Development with Kerry Fernandes opening the scoring and further goals from Caitlin Melhuish and a double from Erin Felton keeping them level on points with Burghfield.

Another team on 18 points at the head of the Development Division are Stanford in the Vale after a comfortable 3-0 win over East Oxford Reserves. Heidi Robinson (2) and Gemma Littlechild on the scoresheet.

Wroxton Sports moved into a group of three teams sitting on 15 points after winning a nine goal thriller 5-4 away at Arborfield. Alexandra Pitcher helped herself to a hat-trick with Anna Lee scoring twice for the visitors, while a hat-trick from Hannah Room and one for Abbie Kite saw the hosts just fall short.

Sandhurst Vets Warriors edged out EC7 3-2 at Sandhurst Memorial Park where goals from Emilie Shaw (2) and Hannah Montero were enough to take the three points, with Chloe McLuckie and Jessica Hill-Thompson completing the scorers.
