A tough afternoon for Maidenhead as the Cherries swept aside the young Magpies side. Bournemouth went ahead in the 14th minute through Erin Bloomfield, Danni Hull then saved a Jenna Markham penalty but Markham made amends scoring twice to give the Cherries a 3-0 lead into the break. Lucy Cooper scored a fourth after five minutes of the restart before Bloomfield completed her hat-trick with goals in the 62nd & 65th minutes. Phoebe Williams added a seventh five minutes after coming on as a sub and Ellie Strippel completed the scoring with a quickfire double in the 77th &79th minutes. The Magpies finished with ten after an injury to Hull with forward Izzy Stockton taking over in goal for the second time this season.

Worthing, playing only their second game of the season due to earlier postponements took the spoils at Bournemouth Sports. A close fought first half looked like ending goalless until Tierney Scott opened the scoring for the visitors with a tap in on the stroke of half time. Chloe Winchester added a second five minutes after the break only for Hollie Shaw to pull one back for the hosts on the hour. A stunning strike from 30 yards from Katie Cooper restored Worthing’s two goal advantage with 20 minutes to go and that was how the game finished giving the visitors their first win of the season.

A strong first half showing with goals from Megan Jarvis, Nia Rees and a Charlotte Buxton strike from distance gave Rovers a comfortable lead at the half way point. Bethany Everson having the Robins best chance of the half with a chance just before the break but Georgina Hunt was there to produce a good save and preserve Rovers lead. Megan Jarvis helped herself to her second of the match and Rovers fourth in the 54th minute, tucking the ball nicely past Alex Madden. A better showing from Bridgwater after the break but they couldn’t stop Rovers making it back to back wins for them.

Moneyfields faced a trip to the AJN Stadium looking to bounce back from the late reversal against AFC Bournemouth last week. They took the three points in this game through a double from Charley Wilson-Wilton and one from Gemma Simmonds. Naomi Clipston with the sole Keynsham goal.

A close encounter at the Hallam Centre ended with both teams taking a point each. Portishead took a two goal lead into the break, the first a lovely cut back and strike from 30 yards into the top right corner from Alanna Torrington was added to by Shannon Holloway just before the break. Abingdon started the second half well and just three minutes after the break pulled one back through Molly Lygo. The two teams were now trading chances and, in the 77th minute the visitors levelled from Kara Howes, her first for the club. Both sides went for the winner but the game finished 2-2 after an entertaining end to end affair.

Another team having a tough day were Southampton, a team playing catch up and facing one of the two teams with 100% records so far this season in Swindon. The Sirens found themselves two goals behind in the first ten minutes with Holly Beck-Esson grabbing the first and Poppy Dearlove finishing a fine move after great play from Annie Colston and Gipsy Viveash. Further goals from Libby Davies and Viveash giving the hosts a four goal lead at the break. Two from Colston, a second for Davies and further goals from Helena Diaz-Butcher and Jess Graham in the second half completed the rout as the Robins kept pace with AFC Bournemouth.

Oxford City Women & Girls Development made it two wins from two with a 4-1 win against Goring United at Sheepcot Field. Two goals apiece from Yasmin Edwards and Faith Kingdon for the visitors with Leanne Saunders replying for the hosts.

Finchampstead started their season in fine style with a 5-0 win at Haddenham, Chloe Bagshaw, Amy Scott, Gemma Wardle and a brace from Lauren Smaje ensuring the points for the visitors.

Larkspur Rovers fell to a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Ruislip Rangers with Amelie Hogberg netting the only goal of the game.

Wallingford & Crowmarsh were the only home side to win and began their season with a bang, a 7-0 thrashing of North Leigh, with goals from Stephanie Carrick, Paynton Silkstone, Eleonora La Gumina, Alice Bennion, Charlotte Comley and a double from Sadie Timbs.

The games between Barton United and Banbury United, and Yateley United and Ashridge Park were postponed.

A full fixture list in Division Two and from it Caversham AFC and East Oxford played out a 3-3 draw at Emmer Green. Pia Davis hitting a hat-trick for Caversham and Elizabeth Foulkes, Mary Maguire and Perri Termine on target for East Oxford.

Denham United Reserves kicked off their 24/25 season with a 3-0 win against Harwell & Hendred with goals coming from DJ Kennedy and two from Ella King.

At the Loop Meadow Stadium Didcot Town were on the wrong end of a 7-1 scoreline against visitors Thame United. Talia Mead, Amelia Newman, Yasmin Williams, and four from Shona Reid-Evans scoring for the Red Kites with Enya Lee on the scoresheet for the hosts.

Easington Sports took the spoils by the odd goal in three against Kingsclere at the Field Gate Centre. Rochelle Buick (Butler) giving the visitors the lead at the break and a Danielle Roberts header gave Sports a two goal buffer before Carly Duckett pulled one back for the hosts.

There were goals galore at Cantley Park where S4K and Wantage Town fought out a 4-4 draw with Kate Stewart, Natalie Beeches, Claudia Periquito and Chloe Sykes finding the net for the hosts and Rose Kent scoring all four for the visitors.

AFC Reading kicked off their season in fine style with a 5-2 victory over Berks County. Ida Manneh and Paige Carter West with two goals apiece and Hannah Swallow scoring the other for the hosts, with Mollie Steadman and Aleks Paskaleva replying for the visitors.

Taplow United took the three points from Barton Rovers with a 2-0 away win at Theale Green School, Gabriella Dyer with both goals for the visitors.

Harefield United eased to a 4-1 win at home to Wargrave, two from Chelsea Edwards and one each from Clare Pemberton and Scarlett Castree for the hosts with Wargrave getting a consolation goal at the end through a spectacular Alison Richardson free kick.

Sandhurst Wolves beat Marlow Town 4-1 at the Sandhurst Memorial Park. A penalty from Ellie Berridge and a second from Emma Biddle gave the Wolves a two goal lead before a penalty from Iryna Zabolotna gave the visitors a lifeline. It wasn’t to be for Town as further goals from Grace Benton and a second for Ellie Berridge giving the hosts a comfortable win.

Finally an absolute goalfest gave Windsor & Eton their second win of the season in a 7-5 thriller with Brook House at Stag Meadow. Stevie Romney struck a hat-trick for the hosts with Sophie Kinsman and Laura McGregor grabbing two apiece, the visitors replying with Priscilla Wells and Alicia Grinhaff both netting twice and Jessica Waite weighing in with the other.

Burghfield followed up their 8-2 victory last weekend with a 6-2 win over Headington. A Ria Walsh opener was followed by a hat-trick from Ava Sims and two from Holly Cashin for the hosts, with Elle Parker and Lauren Hemming on the scoresheet for the visitors.

Thatcham & Newbury Town Blues notched up an astonishing victory at EC7. Alice Dearlove scoring nine, Katie Mullis eight, Kasmin Malcher four, Catherine Guppy three, Alisha Bush, Eloise Kadzidlo and Clarissa Munetsi all scoring two each, and Abigail Turner and Tierney Lovelace with one apiece.

Barton United Development opened up their campaign with an 8-2 win away at Kidlington Youth. Goals coming from Kimora Bryan-Alvaranga (3), Linda Kahlari (2) and a goal each for Georgia East, Callie Whiting and Bryony Vaughan for Barton, with Ruby Doherty and Ana Sarwar for the home side.

Rotherfield United edged out Summertown Stars by the odd goal in five Alisha Pitts and Alissa Sattentau on the scoresheet for the hosts, and Georgie Basford, Emily Norman and Annalea Lane taking the points for the visitors.

A Rowanne Spalding double secured a good victory for Newbury in their away fixture at Thatcham & Newbury Town Whites which was a good response to defeat in their first match last week.

The Wallingford & Crowmarsh Development side nearly emulated their first team’s seven goal victory but settled for a 6-0 win away at Tilehurst Panthers Reserves. Two each for Eva Strange and Erin Partridge along with goals from Phoebe Marks and Becky Roberts took the three points for the visitors.

Finchampstead Reserves made it a good weekend for the club with a 7-1 victory on the road against East Oxford Reserves. Cindy Slaughter opened the scoring for the visitors, Tobi Obileye, Evie Davies, an Emma Gaywood hat-trick and injury time seventh from Lauren Meredith, with Lianne Harris grabbing the only goal for the home side.

Rotherfield United Development won a tense game 4-3 with three goals in the last 15 minutes in their match with Sandhurst Vets Warriors. A Georgia Scott hat-trick and Elly Gallagher winning the game for the hosts.

Stanford In The Vale opened their campaign with a 6-0 victory over Arborfield (scorers to follow).

Burghfield Reserves kicked off with a 6-1 win away at Wraysbury Village. Millie Caswell scoring four times and Georgia Hind twice for the visitors with Kerry Fernandes scoring for Wraysbury.

Finally, Wycombe Saints opened their account with a 4-1 home win over Goring United Reserves with Chloe Lewis and Johanna Young notching a hat-trick, Annabel Cruwys with the Goring goal.
